Print Procedure Prices

With the Print Procedure Prices function, you can print a report of all the procedure code prices contained in the Procedure Code Table. This includes the normal price and any rate schedule prices for each procedure code. For information about entering sorting data for reports, see Selecting Ranges for Reports under Introduction, Printing in CGM webPRACTICE, Standard Printing Options.

Upon accessing this function, the Print Procedure Prices screen displays containing blank data fields.

Sort by Select the sorting option you want.   1
Begin with Sort Type the code, brief description or procedure description you want to begin with or leave the field blank to start with the first item in the table.   25
End with Sort Type the code, brief description or procedure description you want to end with or leave the field blank to end with the last item in the table.   25
Price Effective Date Type or select the existing effective date for the Procedure Prices you want to print. 10
Include Zero Amounts If you want to include procedures that do not contain a price or contain zero as the price, select this check box.   1
Prices to Print Select the prices you want to print.   1

You can also print this report to Excel by selecting the Microsoft Excel via MyReports option in the Printers dialog box. If you print the table to Excel, the report will automatically print in Long Format and the data will print in columns instead of rows.
