Patient Registration

With the Patient Registration function, you can add new patient accounts to CGM webPRACTICE. Patients only need to be registered once and after registration has been completed, you can immediately post charges, payments, and adjustments on the patient's account.

The five basic categories of patient information that are required when registering a patient account are:

Patient Name and Address Information
Guarantor Information
Billing Information
Employer Information - optional
Insurance Policy Information - optional

After you have completed the minimum registration functions, the Patient Summary screen displays where you can then enter any additional information necessary.
