Corporate Print Insurance Forms

With the Corporate Print Insurance Forms function, you can print the insurance forms for every database at one time. This includes forms that were placed into the print file by the Create Insurance Print File function, the Refile or Deny Insurance function, or secondary forms by the Payment Entry Function.

After you select the type of insurance forms you want to print, you can indicate if only you want to print specific forms.

Begin with Location If you want to print claims for secondary carriers only, select this check box.
The claim forms will print, sorted alphabetically, by the patient's last name.

Print Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Select the type of insurance forms you want to print.   1

If you are printing for secondary carriers, the forms will be sorted first in alphabetical order by patient name. This will eliminate having to sort the claim forms when attaching them to the primary E.O.B.'s.

The insurance forms contained in the print file may only be 'printed' one time. If you need to 'reprint' the insurance forms for any reason (for example, the printer jammed, the forms were not lined up properly, and so on), you would need to use the Reprint Insurance Forms function.

If you select to print one Insurance Form Type at a time, you can print the Insurance Filing Report for each database and select the Forms Not Printed check box to determine which form types you still need to print.
