The Insurance Collections menu provides the following functions which you can use as a collection tool to enhance the profitability of your practice:

Insurance Collections can be used in a completely Hands Off manner to conduct an insurance collection letter writing campaign, or it can be used as a Hands On tool to manage the working of accounts and maintenance of payment timelines for insurance carriers. In either scenario, Insurance Collections will easily accommodate the tracking of timely payments from insurance companies.
Based on the options you set in the Insurance Collections Integration, Insurance Collections will produce form letters for insurance companies in the collection process.
Prior to using any of these functions, you will need to perform the Insurance Collections Setup and Processing Steps listed in the Introduction, System Processes section of Help.
