User Management

With the User Management functions, you can set up and maintain users, assign their menu functions, and control system security.

The User Management menu provides the following functions:

There are three separate levels of security.
  1. Every function  and every User Name created has a security level assigned to it. A user only has access to those functions with a security level equal to, or less than, their own security level.
  2. When you create a new user you can assign which specific functions will appear on that user's menu.
  3. You may assign special passwords to certain functions. If a function has a password assigned to it and any user attempts to access that function, they must enter the password before they will be allowed to proceed, regardless of their security level.

NOTE: If your practice has multiple databases, each user code's information is shared across the databases.
