Scheduling Setup Process

The following steps should be performed to set up Scheduling in CGM webPRACTICE:

Setup Steps
  1. Complete the Scheduling System Integrations - Schedule, Database Maintenance Menu, Scheduling System Integration

  2. Create Type of Visit Codes - Schedule, Scheduling Table Maintenance, Maintain Type of Visit Codes

  3. Setup Doctor Integration Codes - Schedule, Scheduling Table Maintenance, Maintain Doctor Integration Codes

  4. Setup Unit Integration Codes (if applicable) - Schedule, Scheduling Table Maintenance, Maintain Unit Integration Codes

  5. Create Patient Status/Location Codes - Schedule, Scheduling Table Maintenance, Maintain Status/Location Codes

  6. Create Doctor Schedules - Schedule, Doctor Schedule Maintenance, Edit Doctor Schedules

  7. Complete the Patient Check In/Out Integration - Schedule, Database Maintenance Menu, Patient Check In/Out Integration

  8. Setup Resource Panel Scheduling (if applicable)
  9. Setup Appointment Display Integrations - Appointment Display Integrations

  10. Create Superbill Document(s) - Schedule, Form Wizards, Superbill Wizard

  11. Determine Starting Superbill Number - Select the number you want your superbills to start with and then contact your trainer or customer service team to set it up.
